just by turning on the car hi my name is Tim I've been playing around with my Garmin dash cam 46 hidden having some fun with it so far installing the software on the phone has been pretty easy updating the camera with latest firmware version from the phone has been pretty easy I haven't actually tried anything connected to the PC yet but I haven't had a need I've been able to look at live live streaming video from the camera on my phone and take pictures even voice control works actually quite good thank you I've driven around mostly in nice clear sunny days so far the image quality on on the phone is is good however that screen is relatively small so you can upload it to the cloud like Google photos and viewing it from there the images are quite good you can see stoplights all kinds of turn signals all kinds of things like that to my surprise this device has lane-keeping forward collis
