hi runners I've been using my Garmin watch with the foot pod for a little more than a year especially when I run on a treadmill this morning when I was running on the treadmill the half an hour the Garmin watch started flashing foot pod is running on a low battery I checked on the internet and there's very little instruction on how to gene the the battery on a foot pod so let me keep assure you however the foot part looks like is the Garmin foot pod but I continued my research on the internet and what someone's showed showed that that he uses a da20 3-2 battery which is a standard watch battery so I already had a whole 2 0 3 2 battery from Duracell so I'm gonna change the battery and I'll show you how to do that so let's look at the tools of the trade so I have a very small screwdriver so I can see how small it is on the Internet quite a few people have used a coin so we're Nikhil with
