hey everyone so the following video is gonna show you how to use the strength training app on Garmin watches I'm specifically going to show you in the 9:35 which is very similar to the Phoenix it should function similarly on other watches that have the feature but it might be slightly different just the buttons you're gonna press but on the Phoenix and 9:35 versions it's gonna be the same so very simply to start it you know you do not select your app you're gonna go to strength and you're gonna press Start once you press Start you're gonna see that it looks like there's you know a number of reps so I'm gonna actually start the workout and the first thing that's gonna pop ups is gonna say set one and it's gonna say reps it's gonna ask me to start so we're gonna imagine that I do something I'm just gonna move my hand it should start to count and they may not but it doesn't really matter f
