hi and welcome to my youtube channel terry does fitness video running and obviously various other sports and today we are looking at a new fitness watch live purchase it's called the garmin for runner 45 okay and it is a pretty awesome little kit now it's the most i've ever spent on any kind of any kind of watch let alone a sports fitness tracker okay i've had a fitbit in the past which has measured your steps to a degree um and you know your mileage etc but nothing quite superior as this now one of the silly features on here is if i can show you you can change the watch faces we've got a little mario there okay now um you you can go onto the app for garmin and download numerous watch faces so i'm going to see if i'm going to show you on here just now watch face there we go oh change that again watch face there we go different watch face there look a different one there a different one
