Garmin GT23M-TM 010-12404-00 Transducer

alright guys so I just bought my GT 23m TM transducer 8 pin 1 and my unit is the Garmin 721 xx well I'm gonna tell you guys one thing that it took me a while to figure it out even some of Garmin guys couldn't manage so these eight pin 1 the transducer ok so it says unsupported transducer connected when you plug on this one so I went to to the help center Garmin Help Center and told them my G 23 wasn't working they are still where did you buy it I said on ebay but it's brand new they saw it must be a problem with the unit because with the with the transducer because the the 7:21 does accept the GT 23 and it was starting to blame the actual seller these two kinds of 720 ones there's the kind that comes just with the 8 pin 1 and there's the second generation that comes with 12 and 8 pin so what you have to do or because it does work on my mates 1 the 721 which is all the generation my GT 2
