welcome to the pcs electronics test bench today on the bench we're going to be looking at the Magnum Energy me2012 2000 watt inverter okay let's start by taking a tour around the inverter itself the Magnum comes in two different types for this size inverter for the 2000 watt well a couple different types but the most common are this one which is the step wave unit and then they have a white case that is a sine wave unit with the MS 2012 the gray case like this this one happens to be the me2012 so that's a 2000 watt step wave output inverter these inverters are commonly found in motorhomes and boats let's take a look at the connections first of course we have the battery terminals negative positive a ground connection for chassis ground your AC input ports and put output ports for your AC wiring all right at the top here you have a little push button for turning the inverter on and off m
