Push-Wire Structure
After the conductor has been stripped of a certain length of insulation skin, the conductor can be easily and completely inserted into the plug-in spring clamping connector without tools. The stainless steel angular reed automatically exerts the required pressure to compress the conductor.
The angled pressing edge applies a high fastening force to the wire.
The current-carrying strip is made of electrolytic copper and soft tin to ensure the tightness of the contact point between the conductor and it.
The curved contact surface of the current carrying strip provides the best contact area for the reliable fastening of the wire.
