all right this is our H style swag adapter and you can put this in the track and hang a lightweight cable or chain from a very lightweight in order to hang maybe a sign or a poster or a framed item you can also use this connector because it does have power connections to hang a small pendant light and we include these two little slide on connectors that connect inside this and you can hang a pendant light however we also have a pendant connector that is made to hang a pendant light and it's much easier to use and much easier to make your electrical connections either one will work but for the purposes of today we're going to use this just as a hook now when you put this connector inside the track you want to make sure that the electrical connections are lined up properly inside the track now this track is the H style track and there's two bus bars on this side and one on the other side
