all right so I'm playing with my 1970 GMC Sierra it's the k10 because it's four by four so 1968 through 1972 all the wiper arm assemblies pretty much the same whether you're looking at the pickup truck or you're looking at an Impala or whatever you're playing with I'll let this car go by okay so what they did here a lot of people go this brute force attack to get these wiper arms off they're sitting on top of a little spline that's on the rotation assembly so a lot of people just brute force it and pull it off there but if you can see way under here maybe not there's a little clip down there you can just barely see the bottom of it you see that clip down at the bottom there on the right side up point at it here so it's right there there it is right there so this particular one it looks like they some idiot painted the spline they didn't bother to tape it off when they painted it so this
