Generic 11.6" HD Screen Compatible with Dell Inspiron 11-3162 Laptop Replacement LED LCD

This is my Dell Inspiron 11 3162 It has a problem with the screen that makes it unusable The pixels on two thirds of the screen are not working So I decided to try to replace it To do this, I need a small phillips screwdriver, size zero a small knife or sharp object and I have a piece of card to help get the screen bezel off I'm being ultra cautious and using an anti-static wristband too Shutdown the laptop before starting First we need to remove the hinge covers Use something to prise up the cover and lever it off Same for the other cover Then use the card to help unclip the screen bezel Unclip the bezel all the way round, doing the sides and the top first The screen is held in place by 4 screws Remove all 4 screws Now lay the screen flat. You'll see the screen connector at the back The connector is held in place with tape Carefully peel the tape back There's a small locking bar on the
