Exercise Band can stretch the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon. Strengthen the surrounding muscles and improve flexibility.
We suggest performed once or twice a day for 10-15 minutes.

Solid Rubber Spiky Massage Ball for all over deep tissue massage, increase blood flow, roll away the stress and tension from walking or standing on your feet
Especially great for a foot massage to relieve the plantar fascia.
How to Wear the Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint
1.Put the splint on the instep to wear it at the top of foot,wrap the ankle and fix with velcro.
2.Wrap the forefoot and fix with the velcro.
3.Pull the elastic strap on the splint go through the plastic buckle and wrap forefoot again,fis with velcro.
4.Fix the middle velcro of extra elastic strap on the splint bottom, then pull the two ends of the strap to across at ankle.
How to Wash
Remove the aluminum strip from the top of the splint, and hand wash in cold water.
Note:
1.Wear the splint for 30 minutes at the first use, you may need one or two nights to adapt.
2.Recommended to start at 90 degrees, then you can adjust it to a smaller angle if you need more stretches.
3.Do not use the footboard too tight, adjust the tension to your comfort.
