you you you remove the back cover by utilizing both slots on each side of your PT four place the battery into the opening on the back and close with the battery cover by gently pressing down to charge the battery connect the PT four to a power outlet using a cable and the USB wall charger included in the box you can also charge your PT four by connecting the data cable to your computer the LED light on the USB port will turn red while it's charging and will turn blue when the unit is fully charged the screen will also show charge complete underneath the battery icon you press the power button on the right side of the unit to turn on the PT four unit to turn it off press and hold the power button until the shutdown screen appears press Yes to confirm the shutdown when turned on press the power button once to lock the screen when the screen is locked press the power button again to unlock
