hi this is Joe from creating crafts and I'm really excited to share a fun fast project with you this is the finished project it's a frame that's been collage with napkins and then you should be able to pick up just a little bit of sparkle in there some from some crystal that's been added to the top layer of the collage I wanted to give you a short video on how easy this was to create the materials you need are pretty simple of course you're going to start with an old frame I picked this one up at a garage sale for 90 cents so typically these frames are going to run 75 cents to a dollar 50 and it doesn't really matter what it looks like here but you want a nice wide space so you have plenty of room to collage then you're going to need some napkins and here's some that I picked up that I used on this particular collage they just have some Birds on there and some flowers and then the key i
