[Music] what is up guys i am ryan your tech guy with the click experts and we specialize in internet marketing software development and on-site technical support with your networks [Music] hey guys ryan here with the click experts uh back here with you guys again today we're just going to take a quick look at what a standard butt set is i know that sounds weird but uh it's what we call it in the field it's just basically a standard phone set handset they call it a butt set and these are handy when you're in the field to basically hook these leads up to binding posts and or under unplug your base lead here and you're able to plug in just a normal phone cord on rj11 there if you don't want to use these leads and you're just trying to test a phone jack you can just plug in a regular phone cable there if you're actually testing binding posts you'll need these two terminals you'll need this
