·        Instruction for Cutting

·        Turn both your factory insoles and Happystep insoles facedown, and put your factory insoles on top of the new insoles

align the insole with your original insole from your shoes by lining up theback of the heel

use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of theoriginal insole 

cut the new insoles along the outside of the tracing line

·        It is highly recommended:

·        In order to achieve the best fit, pleasecut the Guard Insoles based on the length of your factory insoles from yourshoes. Please do not use the cutting line on the back of the insoles

The purpose of Guard insoles is to replace yourcurrent insoles, so please do not wear GuardInsoles on top of your originalinsoles including your factory insoles.

All insoles are recommended to be replaced every 3-5 months for better foot health
