How to use:

1. Place the ring on the little finger of the hand (male right hand, female usually works best), preferably about an hour before going to bed. Gently squeeze the ring when the ring is in place to make the acupressure point work.

2. The acupressure applicator on the inside of the ring acts on the sensitive part of the snorer's finger, which is located outside the root of the finger between the knuckle and the base. The raised portion on the inside of the ring acts on a meridian line in the little finger of the snorer when properly positioned. It uses an ancient acupressure to eliminate snoring.
