While training in Prague for his second Ironman triathlon, HANAH founder Joel Einhorn was in a serious bike accident, which led him to discover the ancient practice of Ayurveda. After healing in record time and coming back stronger than ever through a combination of Ayurvedic herbs and diet, he went to Kerala, India, to learn more about these ancient natural remedies and the power of food as preventative medicine. He worked alongside Dr. V.A. Venugopal to adapt a daily wellness formula from a 5,000 year old ancient recipe and designed for the modern Western world. Thus HANAH was born.
