How to use:

(1) loosen and remove the cover.

(2)Fill your ice pack two-thirds full with running water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice.

(3) rotate the cap clockwise.

(4) invert the ice pack and press hard on the bottom to check for leakage.

(5) applicable to the required area.

(6) use the ice pack for 20-30 minutes at most

Tip:

1. To avoid frostbite, do not apply to skin that has decreased sensation or lacks proper circulation.

2.Ask your doctor if cold therapy is recommended before use.

3.This bag is designed for ice or cold water service, not a hot water bottle. Do not use it with hot water above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).

4. The edges of the ice may damage the lining. Don't stuff ice into the mouth of the bag.
