so this is a huge simulator and it's basically a great big breather and it's got a solid ice floor here the University Health Network and what I'm going to do is I'm going to be testing out boots to see how they perform on the ice they're great no slipping at all off to a good start ok so we took it up to a 5 degree angle [Applause] [Music] [Laughter] it's not fun if you're falling for real but that's fun when you have a harness we're testing them to their maximum it doesn't mean that because they're not going to make it at that 7 degree angle that they're not a great boot and that they won't perform under normal circumstances really surprises next up is a pair of boots from roots I'm really excited to see how these do because they look like they have really great treads to give perspective this is a pretty decent incline I'm slipping a little bit you wouldn't go walking down your stree
