okay so here is the helmetic sound spa um first i want to show you there's this dimmer button up here so if you look at the screen it's kind of middle brightness right now so you can make it brighter or turn it off um i like it there on the middle one um you can what's the next button there a timer you can set the timer um i guess i'd have to turn it on so hit the power button and then you can select from the audio there it says aux so if you want to like play the nature sounds which i'll go through those it's waterfall night ocean brook sunrise that's my favorite to wake up to and rain which is a good one um a good white noise one for ryan okay so we hit audio again we can turn it to ipod and there automatically let me turn it down my iphone is on the dock and it automatically started playing once i went to ipod okay and then if we hit audio again it's going to go to radio and over her
