● The gel packs of this product can be placed in a microwave or freezer for heating or cooling, which can be used for hot and cold therapy on the affected part.
● Removable non-toxic and reusable gel bladder that can be placed in freezer for 2+ hours as cold therapy (apply it only 15-20 minutes at a time), also can be placed in the microwave for one minute at 50°C as hot therapy.
