Cut in and out?

Put your phone on your left, the signal will be more strong, because the left one is the main earbud.  

How to reset?

Turn off your phone's bluetoth, power on the two earphones, double click the power button of one headphone.Then the earphones will pair automatically.

For your safety on the road, only the left headphone can transfer voice signal, even if the ancillary headphones power on, that can not transfer voice signal.
