I'm going to demonstrate how to remove and push out to designjet printhead there's a lot of different design Jets this happens to be an 85 printhead comes off with designjet 130 and a little kit that we supply there's a tube with a special adapter tip a purge tool so you can reprime the printhead up I'm going to show you in this video how to take it apart I mean take it completely apart take it to the sink flush it out clean it out and then reprime it it's going to be for the designjet series use this particular type of printhead now you're going to need small tiny screwdriver and then you're going to need a good thing to have some cleaner printed cleaner now what happens a lot of times if you use poor quality ink or you let the printer sit or whatever you need to take it out and flush it out then we have a tool that we'll use for priming the printhead back up putting ink back in it so
