I want to add to this review that all my problems were fixed by my grandson it was probably my fault fed up mistake that the keyboard was on Dvorak as a default he removed it and everything is great now I am really enjoying this computer I was used to Windows 7 but now I'm discovering that Windows 10 is actually not bad I still have a lot to learn about it I like it's Bluetooth connectivity for which I bought a dongle maybe it would worked without it I can connect my Bluetooth speaker and take away from my desktop to the kitchen where I am working original review when I try to contact support no one is there when I got this I was very eager to set it up and have a computer again unfortunately my keyboard was acting crazy did not help switching keyboards around gifts around for hours I called one of my girls and she googled and found a temporary fix which is to press ctrl + Shift which f
