haven't used it for gaming or called tech support it's fast and easy to use and a good deal i bought this for my wife we have been using laptops for her business for the last five years we have been through at least three of them the main problem being the charging cord or the charging port i asked a computer friend for some advice and he helped recommended a computer with minimum specs this computer was the most reasonable price within those specs it works great for our business and our goals [Music] the computer i received worked well and was easy to set up out of the box the monitor is an older one but it doesn't hinder the performance of the pc definitely will buy from this company again if i ever need another pc came with the broken keyboard and mouse keyboard was still functional just a small crack company sent out another mouse click it gets the job done of what i need as an at-h
