this is eugene Penrod kovitch I'm the laptop screen doc the website is ww screen sergeants calm and today we're going to replace a cracked a laptop screen on a HP g71 dash 340 us laptop computer this is a large laptop with a newer type of 17.3 inch LED screen and this one in comparison some to other should not be too bad the trickiest part of working with this laptop is to get to two screws that are holding the plastic frame on where my fingers are so let's take a close-up there's one here with a plastic screw cover and there's one here when another plastic screw cover so the tools that you'll need is metal tweezers a very small flat-head screwdriver to get to those two screws that I just talked about a regular electronics screwdriver with a pH one bit and a pH a smaller ph 0 bit and an exacto knife blade like this preferably with a sharp corner and the reason we need this is to remove
