after reading numerous good reviews on stallion tech certified i decided to order this rebuilt hp to replace my old dell desktop upon arrival i noticed the excellent packing to prevent shipping damage and it appeared to be brand new with no scratches or other damage based on a slight fresh paint odor i assume they might have touched up the case as part of their rebuild process that didn't matter to me as the real concern was how it performed upon initial startup windows 10 went through the normal new install just fine when it came time to connect to the internet windows didn't recognize an ip address from my internet provider however after rebooting my router in the new desktop it recognized the ip address and finished the install over the past several days i have had an opportunity to use the new computer and realize how much faster it is this hp is extremely fast booting up surfing th
