[Music] hello everyone well I've got another refurbished Dyson to open but this one wasn't refurbished by Dyson themselves this is by another company I'll read you out the email I got so I'm going to mention the company before I unbox it so hopefully this will be a good advert for this company but it might not be so anyway I got it was delivered quickly and good communication seems friendly and they've got hundred-percent feedback so I've got high hopes hi Roger just to let you know that your Dyson has successfully been dispatched by a DPD on a next working day service DPD max blah blah blah if you're interested I have saved a copy of the user manual including assembly instructions which you can view for free here so that's good a link to the instructions although I was going to buy a hard copy of the instructions from Dyson you can still buy them to prevent loss of suction I recommend
