all right this is a video on how to replace the screen up a toshiba satellite s550 - be 5 to 3 3 to start you have to take off the touchscreen digitizer and to do that there's a little crack you can either get your fingernails or a screwdriver in that separates them the back they screen from the digitizer so I just go ahead and start doing that you'll start hearing cracks and pops and it'll sound like you're breaking things but it's just connectors holding things together that are coming apart flathead works pretty good sticking it between and just turn sideways to increase the gap it'll eventually pop free all right and then you have your cable going up to the board for the touchscreen digitizer you can leave it as is or you can take it off to a little more room so I'm going to do that next you have to take out the four screws holding the screen in you got one down here one up here one
