everybody gem Schofield here and welcome to the Canon XF 400 and XF 405 video training Series in this video I'm going to be talking to you about key features of the new camera system so let's get started so the first thing I want to do is talk about the only difference between the XF 405 and the XF 400 and that is this the 3GS di terminal and what that's giving you on the XF 405 is it's giving you full HD 10 bit 4 to 2 uncompressed output which you can use for broadcast applications and also external recording if you are in fact doing Full HD so while the only difference between the 400 and the 405 is that 3G SDI terminal everything else about the cameras is the same and what's really exciting for me is this is the first XF series camera that is UHD 4k and not only do we have the ability to record internally to 2 SD cards in UHD 4k and Full HD as well we have the ability now with the HD
