all right everybody today we're going to replace the laptop screen in a ThinkPad Edge Lenovo be 530 this should work for anything in the series possibly even other ThinkPad edges so what happened a screen got kind of cracked right here and it's just a white screen here's what here's what it looks like when it's on you can tell there's the crack right there and video output works but you get is that so we want to replace the screen all right so the first thing we're gonna do is take something sharp I just took a little screwdriver here and in the four corners we've got the camera focus there you've got little little sticky pads here so you just take those off there's one here here and then down here right by the hinges there you can see I've already taken that off actually so so we'll just go ahead and take that off set that aside to not lose it and now we're just going to take out the f
