IC-AM/FM IF AMP

hello everyone and welcome to the final section of the am radio assembly and testing from the alenko radio kit i've already assembled everything and you can see that here as a matter of fact i put a few parts back in to my test points to tp7 tp3 and tp4 put the capacitors back because i'm probably going to go back and do some tweaking on on these to make sure that everything is proper but it you can see that i have put it together and a word of caution when you do the assembly and i haven't put the uh the screw into this to hold the face down that tuning section right here this capacitor it is extremely sensitive to heat if you take too long uh soldering it into place if your dwell time is too long you'll actually melt the little mylar that's in between the plates in the capacitor and it's uh it's history then so be sure that you don't spend a lot of time with the soldering iron in here
