[Music] hello and welcome once again to the waters and stanton video channel hall introduced a couple of headsets some while back now known as the pmd and the pms the d stands for dual and the s stands for single these are two headsets that will go with a lot of hf transceivers but i'm going to particularly concentrate on the icon versions today the icon version is known as the pmd dash ic which is the dual headset and the other one is the pms dash ic which is the single earpiece headset both these headsets come with leads ready to plug straight into your icon transceiver currently the two most popular icom hf transceivers is the 7300 and the 7610 so i thought it would be good to use the hand microphone that comes with both those transceivers as a comparison now i'm doing the comparison with the heil pmd which is the dual headset the single um earpiece headset is identical in terms of t
