in this video I'm going to take a look at the soft LED panel lights made by the icon company and this is their Lyra light now it comes to LEDs I find myself looking for basically two types of lights and that's either a soft light or a single emitter hard light especially something that goes through a Fornell lens and as you can see with these flower lights they're your basic one by one panel light with a built in heavy diffuser and you know that turns it into a soft light so form factor wise it's a very familiar form factor the one by one panel form factor with a built in diffuser but what I like about these Lyra lights is that they have these built-in barn doors now with soft lights you know light will scatter everywhere especially when they're not recessed deep in a fixture and just having these built-in barn doors it just helps to contain the light and to shape it a little bit when w
