so got this device after a great deal of searching it just arrived yesterday but can already highlight a few pros and cons pros it was extremely easy to set up took around five minutes maybe less it's extremely quiet plenty of usb space for connecting other devices compared to other sellers who provide the same specs or allow you to customize this one is a better deal even when compared to buying the parts separately ram ssd etc this device costs about the same cons or need to know there is no audio fortunately i have enough bluetooth devices around that this isn't an issue but found it quite odd that sound wasn't internal and not sure it was made clear while it is dual monitor capable you have to buy another dongle hub or adapter to connect it i opted for the hub as it provides more ports i don't think any of these things should deter a buyer but they are things you should know before
