hey what's going on guys so you have a Amazon Kindle here this is the 10th generation and if you have an issue where the screen becomes unresponsive or frozen and you can't do nothing on there we need to do simply is look on the very bottom where the power button is and what you want to do is you want to press and hold this button wait till it flashes black and white then go ahead and let go and proceed and then wait for the boot back up and then you should be back up and running so very very simple so go ahead and press and hold the power button I'm gonna go to press and hold right now and I'm not sure you can see that but the green light is on right now I'm still holding on to the button you basically need to hold on to this power button for like 20-30 seconds you can see it's doing but don't let go the power button until it starts flashing blue or starts flashing black and white okay
