hi guys uh today i'm gonna discuss uh pretty wide the common problem encountered mostly on dell computers um and the problem describing uh it's actually when you get a message when you turn on the computer that ac adapter connected battery not charging now uh many people might think that it's a problem with the battery uh yes that could be uh one of the causes but it's um very improbable especially if the computer is one of the newer ones and i'm talking about the dell xps either the um 13 or the 15 inch one uh it's one of these guys um so this particular one has a seventh generation i5 so it's not a very old computer so the chances of the battery being bad are minimal i'm not saying that it's not possible but uh slight chances now uh for example in this particular case you see the adapter it lights up however when plugged in the computer the lights in front say in front of the computer
