hi I'm Mike the 1a auto we've been selling auto parts for over 30 years [Music] [Applause] what's up guys I'm Andy from 1a auto I'm gonna show you today how to remove and reinstall the lift gate struts in this 2007 Mini Cooper S if you need any parts for your vehicle check out 1a auto comm alright we're gonna open the lift gate a little button right under the mini sign pop that open you're gonna want to have a friend help support the lift gate while you take these out so it doesn't fall I'm gonna take a 90 degree pick you can unlatch this lock right here just pull it out a little bit and then you should be able to pull it off we're gonna do the same for the this other side there's a little groove right there pull that off and slide it up you're going to do the same for the other side it's a good idea to do these one at a time now we're gonna reinstall it just slide this on the ball and
