all right today I have this gateway laptop is gateway laptop model LT 2-0 160 and I'm going to replace the screen on it so first step is remove the battery battery out of the way obviously the laptop head was shut down before I started doing any of this then we open it up you'll see there's no fasteners on the back of here that to undo so we open it up all the way and just gonna make sure you can see it here camera so get the screen out its gonna come out of the front here I'm gonna take a some fingernails or you can use a knife to pop this deal loose fingernails it's just sort of held in place by sticky tape so almost there just want to make sure you can see that alright so that comes off just like that now we can see the screen at this point if you purchased a replacement screen you just want to make sure look like the right one now this replacement screen I got on eBay they're around
