♪♫♪♫....[Music playing] We know there are a lot of speakers out there that are black boxes, about this size...and how do you tell the difference between a good speaker and a bad speaker? We're going to take a look at the PRX415 and the 412M to give you an example of what a good, non-powered loudspeaker is. And of course, now, there's a big difference between powered speakers and non-powered speakers. Powered speakers have the amplifiers inside, built in... Usually little alittle mixer associated with them. Non-powered speakers tend to be more robust, built for higher SPL and better performance, but the amplifier is not in the speaker. It's separated out. So these speakers go with Crown amplifers... and the Crown amplifiers have built-in settings that match these speakers so you get optimum sound. Let's take a look at the box itself. First of all the PRX412M obviously is a 12-inch woofer
