hello guys today's video i gonna show you how to fix this printer model hp laserjet p2015 [Music] first let's take a look at what the problem is with this printer you can see here that the green light is on which means the printer is ready press the go button he printed and the printout was smooth and clear meaning there were no issues with the fuser roller and mechanical now let's connect to the pc and make a print from the computer our printer is already connected to the pc but there is no response to the printer device [Music] still nothing the only solution here is that we need to replace the formatter board remove the left side cover of the printer using a flat screwdriver just like that [Music] remove all cable wire connections connected to the formatter board next remove all screws [Music] remove the old formatter board replace it with a new one [Music] this is the new formatter
