How Do Massage Guns Work?
Massage guns help you target specific muscles and engage in specific techniques for massage, such as deep tissue massage and sports massage. As the massagers press into your muscle, they increase lymphatic flow and reduce lactic acid at the same time. With more pressure, you should feel your tension start to alleviate, as complicated knots and tension strains dissipate.
Some guns have different speeds and attachments. You can use a cone attachment to help you pinpoint areas in smaller muscle groups, such as with feet or wrists. With the con attachment on, you can simply press to turn on the gun and adjust to the speed you like, then push into the muscle group to start alleviating tension.
