all right in this video i'm going to show you guys how to do cable lifts okay so you're going to want to set this up on some sort of cable pulley system or just you know somewhere where you have like a straight bar that you can have this red resistance band wrapped around it okay so notice i put the red resistance band on the very bottom and i made only one loop okay because it's enough resistance with that also if your gym has the attachment that goes around your ankles for the cable lifts that will probably work out a little bit better okay but if you don't have that this is another good alternative with this red mini band okay so look what you do is you're gonna put the end of this band right you know above your heel just right about there okay you're gonna lean so it depends on what leg you're doing so if i'm working on my right glute i'm gonna put a lot of my weight on my left side
