here's a review again another torque gel uh my friend gave me um last one i did not give a very good review on the coffee kept cappuccino what it was but terrible just to me i mean plus it was hot and it got very liquefied and it was just like coke syrup it was nasty and taste wise i just didn't like it it just didn't they got to taste somewhat good i didn't think they don't have to taste like a gourmet meal but if they got a pretty good taste i'm because some are nasty it's just like cough syrup literally it's nasty but um this is rhubarb and custard flavor and a little cooler today this wasn't bad this one tastes pretty good actually um electrolytes basically it's giving you get the electrolytes and it's got some it's got some quick acting sugar and it gets in your system fast it gives you a little a little jump start during your ride or whatever but uh didn't go all over the place yo
