so we have a dell poweredge t140 they need a little expanded storage so i'm going to open it up and install some hard drives all right so i got laying outside easy open lock latch if you need to lock them these will be in a secure room there's the internals so we have power cabling all ready to go and for the sata connections those are all lengthened appropriate this has room for three other drives i have an operating system installed there medium to light duty depending on the day use server mostly for file services and storage three of these western digital six terabyte i'm going to end up running raid 5 on them i've had pretty good luck with the western digital red files i was a little more concerned about i had probably got the gold which i have running a couple other servers and i've never had a problem uh everybody gets their own experience though inside these packages anti-static
