Hi, my name's Rachel, and I'm a product designer for Pottery Barn Kids. Backpacks are a great way to carry books and supplies to and from school. They also serve as a fashion statement. Pottery Barn Kids offers three collections of backpacks: the Fairfax, the McKenzie, and the Brannan. Within each collection we feature three sizes: the Pre-K for your three to five year old, the 7-plus, and the 10-plus. Each collection has a unique aesthetic which strikes the perfect balance between function and fashion. Each collection also has bottle pockets, a laptop pocket, MP3 pocket, and tons of additional storage. The 7-plus and the 10-plus fit your child's 3-ring binder. Fairfax is our core gear collection. It's classic, preppy, and functional. Extended zipper pulls make the bag easy to open and close. Metal D-rings are a great feature to the Fairfax collection. They give kids the oppor
