Ensure that the secure rubber washer at the opening of the water bag is intact and not broken 2. Do not pour boiling water into the bag, as it is too hot for the water bottle. The ideal water temperature is around 42 to 80 degree Celsius or 100-176 Fahrenheit 3. Make sure that your water bag is in the supplied cloth cover before filling it with hot water to protect yourself from scalding 4. Do not fill the bag completely. The bag should not be more than 2/3 full 5.After the bag is filled with water, gently press out the remaining air in the bag and tighten the screw-top. Make sure there is no water leakage from the bag 6.Avoid contact with chemical substances like acid, alkali and oil as well as sharp objects. Do not put the bag under heavy objects 7.The water bag is meant for adult use only, and is not designed for infants and children use. Store the bag at a dry and cool place, and avoid direct sunlight 8.When not in use, fill the water bag with a small amount of tap water or air before storing it. This will avoid the rubber inside the bag from sticking together over time
