Following The Using Instrution:.

1.Dry your ears before using, mold the earplug into a comfortable shape. 

2.Flatten plugs with fingers to cover outer ear until snugly fit. One plug for one ear. Do not push into ear canal. 

3.Remove plugs by pressing the ear and carefully lift the ear plug edge to take out.

Tips to Remove

1. Use a slow, twisting motion to gradually break the seal. A sudden movement may cause damage to the eardrum.

2. Discard when the earplugs are soiled or no longer sticky.

Note:

1. Do not form an elongated shape.

2.Do not use it in a heater pool, or it might be melted and stick with your hair.

3.Do not tear plugs in case to break apart into small pieces quickly.

4.The Ear Plugs should be stored in a cool dry place. 

5. Do not insert into ear canal, as it will be difficult to remove! COVER ONLY!

6.Earplugs are small in size, children should under adult guidance to prevent swallowing.
