Karma Gifts Drawstring Backpack, Longhorn

[Music] for this drawstring backpack that I'm making and using prints from Barry J's fabric line this is gonna be the outside of the backpack and this will be the liner and I have cut these two 19 by 16 inches we're gonna start out by putting the right sides together and lining it up so that the backside is on top and on bottom and while we're at it we can go ahead and do the liner as well [Music] now that I'm looking at this floral fabric I'm realizing that this is the top and this is the bottom of the print like the trees are growing up but I cut it sideways and I'm kicking myself but I'm just gonna keep going so the way that this drawstring backpack will be is we'll have the top side and then these will be the sides and this will be the bottom so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna sew along a side and I'm going to stop about two inches before the edge and then I'm going to leave a solid
