actually 4.5 stars 97 miata with the plastic clam shell headrest speaker mount a little bend of ears on the speaker to reach down to the screw inserts on the clamshell and the fit is perfect these are a bit more trebley than i was hoping for but after some setting readjusts and miles to get used to the difference i'm satisfied these replaced being gracious a set of max 5 speakers max 5s the best of all my headrest speakers oem and these kenwoods shame they're not made anymore perfect size for the project haven't had a chance to wire wrap them up and see how well they work much better and bigger than stock they didn't want to sit properly in my 2011 ram dash but i got them settled in enough to tighten them down and cover them back up without any protrusions i actually laughed when i removed the stock ones due to how pathetic they looked compared to these i will say that these are budget
